Item(s) must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way, and must not show any signs of use.
Item(s) must be returned with all original tags, packaging and other accessories (dustbags, hangers, garment covers etc.) received with the order.
Shoes and other accessories must be returned with their original boxes, which must not be damaged and/or altered or used as the external parcel for the shipment.
Contact email@example.com with a written request to return the item (s) within 14 days from the delivery date. The written request must include the Item Code Number of the item(s) to be returned and the compensation for the return: refund or size/colour exchange.
Once the written request is received, you will receive written confirmation including the return authorization number (RAN) and the related instructions. Please write this return authorization number on the external box tag.
Returned item(s) must be in the same condition in which it was originally sent and packaged in an orderly fashion
poshtorino.com must receive at the indicated address the returned unused item(s) within 14 days of your first request of return.

DEFECTIVE OR MISTAKEN ITEMS
In the case of defective merchandise, or an error on the part of poshtorino.com, you must follow the instructions above. Poshtorino.com reserves the right to request photographic support for returns regarding defective merchandise before authorizing the return. Poshtorino.com reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns or returns which are not sent in accordance with the return policy detailed online and in the Return Instructions email.. If an unauthorized or non-standard return is accepted, poshtorino.com will deduct a 15% re-stocking fee from the refund.

All authorized returned merchandise is subject to re-entry inspection which is at the sole discretion of poshtorino.com and must meet all the requirements listed under the return policy. poshtorino.com reserves the right to assess re-stocking fees depending on the state of the returned merchandise.

SIZE OR COLOUR CHANGE
If the client requests a size change or a colour change of the same item code the exchange item will be sent to the client free of charge. It is possible only ONE change, the exchange item will be not returnable, unless defective. It is possible a size change or a colour change, only if the exchange item has the same item code of the item you want to return.
If the client requests a refund (or the size change is not available), the refund (and any re-stocking fees) will be processed within 14 days from the request of return by the client, but not before the return has been delivered to poshtorino.com's warehouse. If the payment was by credit card, the amount refunded will be credited on the same cart and will appear on the next client's credit card statement.
Orders paid by Paypal or by bank transfer will be refunded to the original account.
The refund will be in Euros. Any differences in the amount refunded are due to exchange rate fluctuations and will not be reimbursed.
Standard shipping costs (if applicable) for Italy and UE countries will be included in the refund, all other shipping fees are not refundable.
